Paul Johnson
President/Appraiser
The principle Paul B. Johnson attended Illinois State University in which he received a bachelors degree in Economics and a minor degree in Business Administration. He graduated college in 1992 and began working in the financial industry on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade and as a part time real estate agent for Coldwell Banker. After finding great success in the real estate industry turned his future towards a career in real estate and eventually appraisal.
In 1996 Paul began his career in appraising real estate in Chicago, Illinois. He began appraising high rise condominiums, multiple unit housing facilities, historical homes, vacant land, and single family residential homes throughout the Chicago land area.
In 1999 Paul relocated his business to Phoenix, Arizona seeing a potential for increased business and a growing real estate market. He has since grown his appraisal firm to be one of the largest appraisal firms in the United States.
